I recently received my DDX320, and when testing it out, can't seem to get the subwoofer out to work. On a side note, I can't adjust the subwoofer volume with the remote, it just shows "b---" no matter what I do. Inspecting the board nothing seems cooked or awry. I've tried the jumpers in every combination, and still nothing. Any ideas?

I should also mention I'm using a 30V / 100W DC power supply. I've tested the subwoofer by plugging it into the other channels, and it works just fine. Similarly I've tried plugging one of the stereo speakers into the subwoofer out and haven't gotten any output. The PS is wired to the two rightmost terminals (I think they're 0 and 0+).

Try to set the dip switch 3 to position OFF while amp is turned off (power disconnected). Then turn on the amp and press TONE followed by volume/up down. Also try the rotary pot to change volume (after pressing TONE). If it says b--- then press the DFT key.
