Hi, sorry for the slow reply, just saw your post now. Check the volume level, restart the application you use, restart the computer, try another set of headphones or another cable if connected to an amp try it with another computer. Often a restart can fix it if it's the computer that has developed a driver/software issue.
If still no sound, then contact us to request a replacement.

I just got this device last week. It was sounding great then stopped outputting signal. I'm in osX 10.10.1. The device shows up as an option, I can select it and the red light lights up, but no sound. I've triple checked everything I can think of; all cables and signal path are good. Everything points to the DAC simply not outputting a signal.
Has anybody had any issues like this and are there any likely fixes or is this a dead unit?
